This policy applies to OLLI for Brands (Olli for Brands Inc.) websites and products, including olliforbrands.com and the OLLI studio at app.olliforbrands.com.

It describes how we handle information when you browse our site, create an account, upload assets, run AI generations, or purchase a subscription.

Account and workspace data, such as your name, email address, company details, team membership, and authentication records.

Content you provide to use the platform, including product images, reference assets, prompts, shoot and generation settings, outputs, comments, and related metadata.

Billing and subscription data processed when you purchase or manage a plan, such as plan selection, payment status, invoices, and transaction references.

Usage and technical data needed to operate the service, including credit usage, request logs, device and browser information, IP address, and error diagnostics.

On olliforbrands.com and the studio app, we may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand site and product usage in aggregated form.

We use information to provide, secure, and support the OLLI platform, including authentication, asset storage, AI image and video generation, billing, customer support, and account administration.

We use uploaded content and generation inputs only to deliver the service you request. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train public foundation models.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to monitor performance, improve product quality, and plan features.

OLLI is an AI-powered fashion content platform. To generate images and videos, we send relevant inputs, such as uploaded product photos, prompts, and configuration settings, to trusted inference providers.

Depending on the feature used, this may include providers such as Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and Replicate. These providers process data on our behalf to complete generation requests.

We also use service providers for core operations, including Firebase for authentication, Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage, and DodoPayments for subscription checkout and billing.

These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and only as needed to provide the relevant service.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, support customers, process payments, store assets, or run AI generation workflows.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

We do not sell personal information.

OLLI integrates with Pinterest using the Pinterest API so authorized team members can connect a Pinterest account and publish content, such as pins, directly from OLLI. Our use of the Pinterest API is subject to the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

OLLI is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest, and "Pinterest" is a trademark of its owner.

When a Pinterest account is connected, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens and basic account identifiers, such as the Pinterest user id and username, only so we can publish on your behalf. When the Pinterest account is disconnected from OLLI, we permanently delete this stored connection, including the access token, refresh token, and account identifiers.

Records of pins already published through OLLI, such as the pin id, pin URL, and destination board, are retained as part of your publishing history and are deleted when the associated content is removed from OLLI. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise redistribute Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Because we use cloud and AI providers that operate globally, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where those providers maintain facilities.

Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits.
